What Can I do with Old Sewing and Embroidery Needles?
I have been hording my old embroidery and sewing needles...WHY you may ask? I truly just hated to toss them in the garbage. It seems so wasteful. GOOD IDEA: Credit goes to DESIGNSBYSICK.COM for the "why didn't I think of that" duh...idea.
- Use your old sewing machine needles as heavy duty “pins” to hold towels, etc. as you embroider. These used needles can also be used as “nails” to hold pictures on the wall and they leave much smaller holes when removed.
